Meat and Dairy

  The Co-op meat and dairy department provides all natural, certified organic, grass-fed beef, steak and pork from local ranchers as well as hormone free, free-range poultry and fresh fish – even sushi grade ahi and salmon.

Indeed, the fish is so fresh they have placed one of the city’s finest sushi chefs on their payroll to provide succulent, hand-rolled sushi on a daily basis! The dairy and eggs available have a distinct emphasis upon local farmers and ranchers, even providing raw organic goat and cow milk, as well as a concerted effort to provide vegetarian if not vegan alternatives to every dairy need.
