Boise Co-op values our neighbors and partners throughout the Treasure Valley, and we are committed to supporting as many community-based organizations as possible through our Donation Program.

We review donation applications on a biweekly basis. To be considered for a donation, you must submit a completed copy of our Donation Application at least four weeks prior to your event. In order to be fair and consistent in our policy, we cannot make exceptions to this schedule. Applications are available for download at www.boise.coop/donations.

If we are able to fulfill your donation request, we’ll notify you at least two weeks prior to your event. We’ll contact you only if we’re able to fulfill your request. Due to the volume of applications we receive it is not possible for us to satisfy every request. We appreciate your understanding if we are not able to donate to your organization or participate in your event.

Requests must be made formally using our donation application.

Your organization must be based in Boise and your event must serve the greater Boise community. Preference will be given to 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations, and recipients are determined on a first-come/first-served basis. Our donations are given in the form of Boise Co-op gift cards or gift baskets.

Requests from the following organizations will be considered:
Events and programs that focus on improving the quality of life in our community.

Requests from the following organizations will not be considered:
Political candidates and parties; religious organizations; service clubs or fraternal organizations; third-party fundraisers; private clubs funded through membership fees; sporting events or teams; individuals.

Please understand that past support of an organization or event is not a guarantee of future support.
