As we all begin the transition into the Fall and Winter seasons, we’re naturally led to think of more indoor activites. In celebration of keeping ourselves healthy, we have put all of our current fitness DVDs on sale! Our great selection includes various types of yoga, meditation, and toning for those areas that tend to reflect oursedentary winter lifestyle come spring.

Coming soon to our our department are more basic yoga supplies like bolsters, blankets and a yoga mat cleaning spray. Also, look for more DVDs that are very effective and crazy fun. Bonus!! No one can see you in the privacy of your own living room!! We are also bringing in DVDs on yoga during pregnancy and to support a healthy delivery.

On the snugglier side, we are bringing in lumbar wraps that can be heated or chilled and tie around the waist.
