The Boise Co-op happily supplies the largest and most diverse organic offering of fresh fruits and vegetables in the Treasure Valley. We maintain the integrity of our certified organics by keeping them segregated form commercial items, from prep to display.

We also buy seasonal and organic produce from local growers whenever possible. Buying products locally not only helps support our community, but also insures that you receive food at its peak of flavor and freshness. We carry the usual suspects (bananas, lettuces, onions and potatoes) as well as some more intriguing finds such as horseradish and burdock root, blood oranges, Meyers lemons, and Jerusalem artichokes.

Also in the produce department:
  • Wheatgrass trays and frozen shooters
  • Freeze dried fruits and veggies
  • Kits and seeds for sprouting
  • Bulk in-the-shell nuts (try the Carpathian walnuts!)
  • Tofu pate in tantalizing flavors
  • Fresh pressed juices
  • Livin’ Spoonful raw food products
