Jennifer McClelland is a whole foods & raw food chef, and cookbook author of “The Right Blend: Blender-only Raw Food Recipes“. Jennifer studied at Living Light Culinary Institute in Northern California, she’s been teaching raw food classes since 2009 and is a contributing writer for New Western Cuisine Magazine as well as her Blog, Be Deliciously Healthy. Jennifer is based in Boise, Idaho, and travels teaching classes and private instruction to clients all over the world, including Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Los Angeles.
