Tough to empty one's mind of Irish beers this week, but here's an article worth the effort:
I'm inspired to grab six unique lagers and locally recreate. Spoiler: it's no surprise that Full Sail continues to make some of the best lagers in the Northwest if not the entire country.
On shelves now...

From the cellar...
Official Boise Co-op Alefort selections - La Dolce Vita - a brief tour of Italian craft beer, featuring:
We're scheduled to pour @ noon on Sunday, March 29th. Supplies are limited so hit us up early and often.
Our Thursday tasting this week features a range of ciders - Normandy's own Manoir du Parc Authentic Poire (pear) and Cider (apple), and Washington's Snowdrift Cider Co. Perry (pear) and Cornice (barrel-aged apple). Thursday tastings run from 4:30-6PM, and we hope to see you there.
