JOBS AT THE CO-OP

It is our goal to hire the most qualified individuals who thrive on working with the public and exceeding customer expectations. Candidates for Boise Co-op jobs should be prepared to work enthusiastically with other employees who are devoted to providing unequaled customer service, resulting in satisfied shoppers who want to come back. Many of the Co-op’s jobs can give you the flexibility to balance your job with your lifestyle, working around school schedules and family obligations.

After an initial 90-day probation period, employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • health insurance
  • reimbursement for some dental & vision costs
  • partial reimbursement for alternative treatments such as massage therapy, acupuncture

  • paid time off accrual (vacation and sick leave)

To be considered for any position at the Co-op, you must turn in a completed application, even if you are providing a resume. Mail or bring your completed application to the Customer Service Desk at the front of the store. We will keep your application on file for 90 days. During this time, if your application is selected for consideration by one of our hiring managers, you will receive a phone call for an interview.
