A shared love of Idaho's rivers inspires Hailey and Marshall Minder's approach to sparkling wine. The couple met on the Middle Fork of the Salmon and began making wine in 2014, naming their winery for Idaho's more than 3,100 miles of whitewater. Today, they craft traditional-method sparkling wines exclusively from Idaho-grown grapes, allowing many to age on the lees for around three years while preserving the character of each variety, vineyard, and vintage.
