Common questions about joining and using your membership.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PUNCHES?
Become a Member online or at either of our locations (North End or The Village), then show your Membership Card at checkout each time you buy a deli sandwich, burrito, or coffee. Each qualifying purchase earns a digital punch, and you can check your punch total at the bottom of your receipt after each transaction. Rack up 10 punches in any category, and your 11th item is on us!
CAN I COMBINE MY BURRITO AND SANDWICH PUNCHES?
No, burrito and sandwich punches are tracked separately. Each reward is specific to its own category. Ten burritos earns you a free burrito, and ten sandwiches gets you a free sandwich. Keep munching, and you’ll rack up rewards in no time!
WHAT ITEMS ARE INCLUDED FOR FREE SANDWICHES, BURRITOS, OR COFFEE?
The reward includes most regular deli menu items, but excludes Chico Burritos, Quesadillas, Breakfast Burritos, and Grilled Cheese. Stick to our classic lunch options to earn and redeem your punches!
Your free item is covered up to a certain value—$12.99 for sandwiches and burritos, and $6.99 for coffee. If your selection costs more, no problem—you can just pay the difference at checkout!
