Mountains Walking Brewery

A lifelong curiosity about brewing guides founder Gustav Dose, who grew up in Taiwan and Japan and studied the craft around the world before building Mountains Walking with his wife, Sarah. Drawing from ancient brewing traditions while leaving plenty of room for experimentation, Gustav approaches each beer with curiosity and intention. Now expanding production to Ponderay, Idaho, the family-run brewery begins a new chapter while continuing to create thoughtful beers inspired by tradition, place, and exploration.
