April's Green House

A love of cooking, and plenty of requests from happy catering clients, inspired April Hale to turn her scratch-made dressings into a local business. After catering in Boise for years, she launched her first bottled dressing, Basil Balsamic, in 2016. Today, April continues making her versatile dressing marinades in small batches with fresh herbs, fresh juice, and local honey. Each recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free, with no high-fructose corn syrup.
