Founded in Ketchum, Idaho, in 1985 by John and Lola Weyman, Zürsun Idaho Heirloom Beans has spent decades connecting communities with heirloom beans, lentils, and specialty grains. Working closely with family farms, many in Idaho's Magic Valley, the company is committed to preserving varietal integrity, exceptional quality, and the rich agricultural traditions behind every harvest. Today, Zürsun continues that legacy under the ownership of Farmer Bean & Seed.
