Picabo Desert Farm

Raising their own goats and crafting dairy right on the farm gives this small Richfield operation a true farm-to-table approach. Located south of the Picabo Hills overlooking the Picabo Desert, Gail Ansley and family produce and process their own goat milk into creamy yogurt and goat cheese. Their hands-on process keeps production close to home, reflecting the care and simplicity of small-scale Idaho agriculture.
